Care Agency Services began in Brisbane in 2011 providing temporary staff to providers and individuals when they need it most. As a family-owned business, we’ve grown alongside the providers and care workers who support our communities every day. Today, we partner with over 150 disability, aged care and home care services across Queensland and New South Wales, bringing a personal approach to temporary staffing.
We understand what an unfilled shift can mean: a team under pressure, a family looking for reassurance or someone waiting for the support they depend on. Whether you need help at short notice or cover for a longer-term vacancy, we take the time to understand your service and match qualified, experienced staff to your needs. Care staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
For us, good support is in the everyday details. Someone who respects a person’s home and routines. A carer who helps people feel at ease. Time to listen, encourage independence and support the things that make life feel a bit easier. These are the things we want our work to make possible.
That same care extends to our staff and provider partners. We value the responsibility they carry and the difference they make. We want our partners to feel comfortable picking up the phone, talking honestly about what they need and knowing there’s a team ready to help. Strong relationships help us support stronger communities.
